|LEARN TO SWIM ---- |
Saturday mornings (future session times will be assigned on 1/10/14, either 10 a.m. or 11 a.m.)
Dates: January 10 @ 10 a.m., 17, 24, and 31, February 7 and 14
$30 fee for 6-week winter session.
Children ages 3 and younger must have an adult with them to enter the water; sessions will be half an hour. Children over 3, sessions will be one hour.

|Water aerobics is a fun way to tone and exercise with additional benefits of very minimal stress on your lower joints and bones. Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace while being given some guidelines to follow if they choose. From beginners to the very experienced, water aerobics has something to offer everyone. No swimming talents are required. |
